Mindful Strength

Mindful Strength

Description: Tai Chi, Pilates, Yoga and Aerobics combined in one class to increase overall strength of the body and ease the mind. Modifications provided to help you work with the body you have. Friendly fun atmosphere to comfortably build your strength, flexibility and stability. Combination of strength building Pilates, cardio building aerobics, and rhythmic Tia-chi provide a well-rounded enjoyable class. This is a great class for those needing modified movement.

Instructor: Tiffany Brand

Location: Soldotna Regional Sports Complex. 538 Arena Drive.

Fee: $50 for 10 weeks or $7 one day drop-in

Dates: Sept. 26th to Dec. 5th. NO Class Nov. 28th.

Days: Thursdays – 10 weeks

Time: Noon-1:00 pm

Ages: Adult & Teens
