Functions
Functions of the Department include: budgeting, cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, utility and assessment billings and collections, grant administration and financial reporting. In addition, the Department is responsible for the front desk operation at City Hall, and the Human Resources and Risk Management functions.
