The Library Advisory Board was initially established with the enactment of Ordinance No. 61 on August 15, 1974. The board makes recommendations to the Librarian, City Manager and Council regarding matters related to the public library, library services and the operational policies and procedures. The duties of the Library Board are defined in Soldotna Municipal Code 2.50.020.
